These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6cv66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of 6cv66 products and services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 6cv66 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, evade a suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. If your personal details change — including your name, address, date of birth or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. 6cv66 may request documentary evidence to verify any change of details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. 6cv66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
• 6cv66 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. You agree to provide identity documents, proof of address and any other documentation reasonably requested by 6cv66 to complete the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
• 6cv66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

6cv66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 6cv66 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Where KYC documents have not been submitted and verified, withdrawals will be held pending verification. 6cv66 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment provider processing times.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. 6cv66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of account standing.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or that form part of a bonus wagering cycle are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus.
• 6cv66 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a player's account balance in cases where fraud, technical error, or a breach of these Terms is identified during the withdrawal processing period.
• Currency conversion is not offered by 6cv66. All accounts are held in BDT. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion, the resulting exchange rate and any associated fees are entirely the responsibility of the player.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as set out in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

6cv66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms set out in the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. • 6cv66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already in active use by a player will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of the bonus claim.
• Bonuses credited to an account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error or any other cause — do not constitute a valid bonus claim and will be removed from the account upon discovery. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus before the error is identified may also be voided.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 6cv66 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 6cv66 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except where a technical error on the part of 6cv66 is demonstrated to have directly caused an incorrect bet to be placed.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or interruption during a live casino game or sports bet, 6cv66 will apply its standard recovery procedure. Incomplete rounds or interrupted bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules, where available, or at the discretion of 6cv66's operations team.

• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface before the bet is placed. 6cv66 reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

6cv66 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session time limits and reality checks: Players may set session duration reminders that appear at regular intervals during active play. These reminders display the duration of the current session and the net result of all bets placed during that session.
• Temporary cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account cooling-off period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains active for withdrawal purposes only and no deposits or betting activity are permitted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6cv66 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the 6cv66 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law. 6cv66 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all accounts and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over the house. Any winnings generated through automated means will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or casino table games, or any form of team play designed to circumvent the normal house edge. Collusion detected across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 6cv66 platform or any player account using hacking, phishing, social engineering, credential stuffing or any other form of unauthorised access. Any account accessed through unauthorised means will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your 6cv66 account for any purpose. Each account is strictly personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, gifted or sold.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6cv66 platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 6cv66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 6cv66 platform without the prior written consent of 6cv66. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6cv66 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any business interruption, even if 6cv66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6cv66's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 6cv66 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

6cv66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change to the Terms is made, 6cv66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the email address registered to their account or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the 6cv66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 6cv66, the player is encouraged to contact the 6cv66 support team in the first instance at the email address provided below. 6cv66 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant competent courts of applicable jurisdiction.
